The first and main inspiration when we dreamed up Organic Select was to provide our family and friends with locally grown organic foods.  Much easier said than done. We discovered we had to actually grow them ourselves to meet with our nutritional standard.  So, long 15 year story. Here we are with two growing areas.  The south farm which produces field crops and the gardens in San Sebastian were we produce herbs and cool weather crops. Man..its a lot of work and planning.  We started out sneaking  organic open pollinated seed into Mexico (that’s a whole other story), as none was to be found Mx., then we planted and collected seeds. Now many of our crops are heirloom seed that have been adapted to our climate.  We love what we do.
